SPACE & INTERIOR

A bright, minimalist studio with white walls, white ceilings, and a grey floor.

The space includes a main studio area, a separate smaller room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a corridor with coat storage.

Modular furniture can be arranged as chairs, tables, and various work surfaces, allowing the space to adapt to different activities without the need to rent additional furniture.

Paid parking is available 24/7 nearby.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The studio is available any day of the week, at any time, with a minimum of two weeks' advance notice.

The type and purpose of each booking are agreed upon individually to ensure the space is suitable for the intended use.

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of 100% prepayment. Prepayments are non-refundable. However, in unforeseen circumstances, the booking date may be rescheduled by mutual agreement, with the prepayment remaining valid for use toward another booking within 3 months.
